What Gets Checked
Rotation Match
— Verifies PTO output rotation matches the pump's required rotation. Bidirectional (BI) pumps are always compatible.
Pressure Limit
— Checks if the operating pressure exceeds the pump's max PSI. A Caution is shown for up to 10% over, an Error for more than 10% over.
RPM Limit
— Ensures the calculated pump speed (Engine RPM × PTO Ratio) does not exceed the pump's maximum rated RPM.
Flow Window
— Compares the final calculated flow (L/min) against the equipment's specified required range.

Theoretical Flow × Volumetric Efficiency (default 95%)
Required Hydraulic Power (HP):
(Operating PSI × Actual GPM) / 1714
Required Shaft Input (HP & Torque):
Hydraulic Value / Mechanical Efficiency (default 95%)
